After Care

Support your body’s integration of energy work and Spinal Flow  with these simple steps

  • Keep hydrated. Drink plenty of water.

  • Move gently. A walk, light stretching or mindful breathing helps the spinal wave/ reiki energy settle.

  • Rest if you need. An early night, a warm bath, or simply slowing down can help.

  • Notice changes. Pay attention to shifts in sleep, mood, posture, or breath. Some people like to journal.

  • Eat clean & ease off stimulants. Nourishing meals and herbal teas are supportive. Avoid alcohol, excess caffeine, sugar and intense exercise for a day or so.

  • Emotions and physical pains may arise. Be gentle with yourself if this happens. It is a sign that change is happening in the body. You may also feel more ease in your emotions and body and a lift in your emotional state.
