Sunday Sanctuary An evening of guided chakra meditation & Reiki Give yourself permission to completely switch off. Sunday Sanctuary is a deeply relaxing 90-minute evening designed to help you slow down, reconnect and reset before the start of a new week. We’ll begin by getting comfortable and settling the body and mind before I guide you through a beautiful chakra meditation, journeying through each of the seven main energy centres to bring awareness, balance and flow to your energy. Once you’re deeply relaxed, there’s nothing more for you to do. Simply lie back, get cosy and receive Reiki, allowing yourself to rest as this beautiful healing energy flows throughout the space. We’ll finish slowly, with time to enjoy a calming herbal tea and simply take in how you feel. You’re welcome to journal, choose an angel card, quietly reflect or chat — there’s no expectation to share or do anything at all. Then head home, climb into bed and hopefully enjoy a beautifully restful night before Monday arrives. Come cosy — pyjamas are absolutely encouraged! Mats and bolsters are provided. Bring anything else that will help you feel really comfortable, such as a blanket, pillow, eye mask and warm socks. You may also like to bring a journal and pen. No previous experience of meditation, Reiki, chakras or energy healing is needed. Just come as you are. Young people aged 13+ are very welcome to attend with a parent or guardian. As this is a quiet, deeply relaxing group experience, please make sure they’ll be comfortable lying quietly and taking part in the full 90-minute session without disturbing others.
